Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary is a smoke-free site. Smoking is prohibited inside the sanctuary. Designated smoking area available outside the sanctuary.

- There is a section in the sitting area of the General store where your children can play with toys.
- Our Parents' Room is located in the General Store. The room is equipped with change tables, a microwave oven and a private breastfeeding section. Both mums and dads are welcome in our Parents' Room.
- Your children can have a better view of our Koalas in the Koala Forrest. There are glass walls so that your children can see through without having to be picked up.
