Over the years a lot of funny things happened at Lone Pine.  We will start sharing them on this web page.  Our first story is from Sarah (right) in the photo department:

		"These photos show our wombat being harassed by a scrub turkey.  This nuisance bird leaped in and chased our poor Boris around the enclosure, flicking him with leaves."
"Despite Boris' attempts to shake off and break away from the flying foliage, the annoying turkey pursued."		"Eventually Boris gave up trying to escape.  He lay down and allowed the turkey to bury him, until he was hidden under a mound of leaves."
