How to book your Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary excursion

Bookings are essential. Due to the popularity of learning experiences, it is recommended you book well in advance.

Step Three: Booking

Either fax or email your completed booking form.

Step Four: Confirmation

The contact nominated on the booking form will receive email confirmation of your booking within five working days. Please contact the Education Team if you do not receive a confirmation within this time (don't forget to check your junk mailbox).

Step Five: Keep the Education Team in the loop

To ensure a smooth, enjoyable excursion, please inform the Education Team if any of your booking details change. Changes can impact education staff numbers, animals, venues and the timing of your itinerary. Changes requested 10 working days or less from your booked excursion are not guaranteed.
